- Bid accepted for JRA Architects and design developed
2018
- Construction began under A&K Construction
- Groundbreaking Ceremony, March 15, 2018

- Faculty and staff move to new conference rooms for temporary offices
- Office area is gutted and renovated
2019
- January: Renovations to offices and laboratories

2020
- All construction completed, all faculty and staff back in offices
- COVID-19 restrictions closed facilities to public activities
2021
- December: Tornado destroyed the main building and many other structures at the UKREC
- Faculty and staff engaged in cleanup and maintained as much field research activities as possible
- Farmers and neighbors helped with immediate responses and longer cleanup activities
2022
- Spring season field research maintained
- Temporary machinery sheds and shop erected
- Wheat Field Day and Beef Bash were successfully conducted on site
2023
- February: Open House invited partners to visit the temporary offices and labs

2024
- Construction continues.
- Faculty and staff at Princeton are still conducting research and provide Extension workshops, field days, trainings, publications and other outreach consistent with our Land Grant Mission.
2025
- Student housing allows occupancy.
- Field Lab allows occupancy.
- Farm shop allows occupancy.
- October 15, 2025: 100 Year Celebration of Princeton Farms
- Construction of the main building continues
